No. 1: Marcus Paige, UNC - There still is some question how frequently Paige will be deployed as a point guard; the Heels have a couple able players at that position and still a fairly significant hole at shooting guard that he often seems best qualified to fill. But Paige is best, and the Heels are best, when he has the ball and the freedom to make a play for himself or a teammate.
