During the Roy Williams era, Carolina has lost 9 games in which they had a chance to avenge the loss later in the regular season. The Tar Heels have won 8 of those games, with the wins coming by an average of 13 points. The only loss in that situation was at Duke on Senior Day in 2004. A different Tar Heel has led the team in scoring in four of the past five games.
