Ivory Latta scored 21 points as No. 2 North Carolina shook off 28 turnovers and bounced back from its only loss of the season with an 80-59 win over Florida State on Monday night. The Tar Heels (25-1, 9-1 ACC) jumped to a 20-point lead at 30-10 with 5:44 left in the half. Despite shooting just 25 percent from the floor in the first half, Florida State narrowed its deficit to 36-26 at the break but could never get closer.
