North Carolina football took its second big step forward in football on Wednesday with National Signing Day. The first came with the hiring of Butch Davis as coach. On Wednesday, Davis sent a message to the rest of the Atlantic Coast Conference, and the country for that matter, with the quality of the class he brought to Chapel Hill. (Chapel Hill News)
