Duke coach David Cutcliffe views this No. 21 Tar Heel team as the best he’s ever seen. “They have such weapons in the kicking game, on defense and offense,” he said. “(The) offense has playmakers everywhere, including the offensive line. Defensively, they’re extremely good in the back end, at linebacker and up front they’ve got a lot of people that are being very effective.”
