All-around game coming together for stronger Justin Jackson
Posted Nov 4, 2015
There were times last season when a physical opponent would get the best of Justin Jackson, and even the slightest contact sometimes knocked him off balance. Jackson, who is 6–8, has taken steps to change that by going from 186 pounds at the end of last season to about 200 now, and has a goal to be at 205 by the season opener. That has meant quite a bit of work in the weight room and at the table.
