By the numbers: Elijah Hood has UNC's offense humming


With as the featured back this season, North Carolina is running the ball more often and with more success than last season by relatively wide margins. A year ago, Tar Heels tailbacks had 13 touchdowns in 13 games. They’ve racked up 14 already this year. In 2014, UNC’s tailbacks averaged 4.44 yards-per-carry. They’ve improved by 20 percent in 2015.
