Net result: After big victory, a tough loss

After UNC's come-from-behind 79-73 men's basketball win over Duke late Wednesday, about 3,000 people swarmed onto Franklin Street near Columbia Street. The scene wasn't to be repeated Thursday night as the archrivals met in a women's showdown featuring undefeated and No. 1-ranked Duke against the undefeated and No. 2-ranked Tar Heels, as Duke ran away to a 64-53 win at Carmichael Auditorium.
