Big man adjusts to Duke pressure

Tyler Hansbrough finally allowed himself a smile after he made his fourth free throw in the final 30 seconds of North Carolina's 79-73 win at Duke on Wednesday night. In the end, it was 16 points from the UNC sophomore star and another win at Cameron Indoor Stadium -- his second in as many tries -- but it wasn't a vintage "Psycho T" performance, certainly not like his last trip to Duke.
