One of the biggest adjustments a first-time head football coach makes does not happen on the field. Often times, it is the never-ending tasks away from the gridiron. "I think the most surprising thing is how many things come across my desk that I had no idea were coming,” said Arkansas State head coach Blake Anderson who spent two years as an assistant at North Carolina.
