You know the old adage about throwing out the records whenever rivals meet? It’s a concept both the North Carolina and N.C. State football teams are fully embracing as they prepare for Saturday’s annual showdown at Carter-Finley Stadium. Only in different ways. The Coastal Division champion Tar Heels are only too happy to dismiss the results of the past.
