Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Darian Durant is upbeat about his recovery

At a Grey Cup function in Winnipeg on Saturday, Durant offered positive news about his recovery from a ruptured left Achilles tendon — which he suffered June 27 in the CFL team’s regular-season opener — and also had some information regarding citizenship. “Within the next two years, everything should be finalized and I’ll be a Canadian,” said Durant, who hails from Florence, S.C.
