UNC AD Bubba Cunningham talks about Tar Heels' football schedule

"When we started doing our scheduling when we first got here, the philosophy was, ‘How do we get to a BCS game?’ All you have to do is win your league, so it really didn’t matter who you played with the guaranteed spot,” Bubba Cunningham said in a recent interview. “Now we have the College Football Playoff, so the metrics have changed, and the schedule hasn’t caught up to it yet."
