But if you’re Kyle Ralph, you’re a rising star. And guys like Kyle Ralph, they win in college too. They win huge. Look at Art Briles at Baylor, Hugh Freeze at Ole Miss, Gus Malzahn at Auburn. All were high school coaches who made the leap, albeit with a stop as a college assistant and then as head coach of a smaller school, before getting their current gigs.
