Jarrett Stidham not ready, so No. 3 QB Chris Johnson to get bowl start for Baylor against UNC

Baylor sophomore quarterback Chris Johnson will start against North Carolina in the Russell Athletic Bowl, Bears coach Art Briles told the Orlando Sentinel. The Bears were waiting to make a decision based on whether true freshman Jarrett Stidham would be recovered enough from a broken bone in a foot to play by Dec. 29. (Sporting News)
