Baylor sophomore quarterback Chris Johnson will start against North Carolina in the Russell Athletic Bowl, Bears coach Art Briles told the Orlando Sentinel. The Bears were waiting to make a decision based on whether true freshman Jarrett Stidham would be recovered enough from a broken bone in a foot to play by Dec. 29. (Sporting News)
