Fedora: "I'm at peace with Gene Chizik"

Rumors swirled on the interwebs last week about mutual interest between ECU and UNC defensive coordinator Gene Chizik for the head coach opening in Greenville. The Pirates ended up hiring former Duke offensive coordinator Scottie Montgomery. Chizik remains at the helm of the Carolina defense. Chizik will always be an attractive hire for programs across the country, but for now Tar Heel head man Larry Fedora isn't concerning himself with that notion.
