Lions' Eric Ebron battles through illness, fatigue to turn in one of his best games

Eric Ebron spent most of the past couple days bed-ridden with an illness. His stomach was all over the place. He was having trouble keeping food down.
None of that prevented him from playing in the Detroit Lions' 35-27 win Monday night against the New Orleans Saints. And none of it prevented him from turning in one of the best games of his young career.
