North Carolina surged late in the second half to beat Georgia Tech 86-78 in the Yellow Jackets’ ACC opener. “We’ve got some guards who’ve played,” Roy Williams said, explaining how his team was able to close the conference game out with composure. “Those guys do a nice job. I like guys who can finish games."
