East Lincoln High’s Chazz Surratt is still prepared to sign a football scholarship to play quarterback at the University of North Carolina next month. But instead of graduating from East Lincoln early and enrolling at UNC on Friday in order to go through spring football practice, Surratt will remain in high school and hopes to return to the court and help the unbeaten Mustangs win a state title.
