North Carolina enters Saturday's meeting with rival N.C. State looking to keep its spot atop the ACC standings. Meanwhile, N.C. State heads to the Smith Center hoping to pull off an upset that would at least temporarily alter the trajectory of its season. If conventional wisdom holds this afternoon, the deep, experienced Tar Heels, ranked fifth in the country, will tack a fifth game on to N.C. State's losing streak.
