1. North Carolina QB Mitch Trubisky Marquise Williams was one of the most dynamic players in the ACC in 2015, accounting for more than 4,000 yards and 38 touchdowns during his senior campaign. And while Williams was clearly one of the top offensive performers in the league, the fact that he was, at one point, close to being benched speaks volumes to the talents of Trubisky.
