Chazz Surratt wins 2015 Solomon Award as NC High School Player of the Year

It is with great honor that the staff of NCPreps.com announce the winner of the 2015 Arnold R. Solomon Award for the North Carolina High School Football Player of the Year to quarterback Chazz Surratt of East Lincoln High School selected by NCPreps.com. Surratt, a 6-2 200-pound senior has been an outstanding student-athlete for the Mustangs. (NC Preps)
