Roy Williams does not like zone. Roy Williams does not believe he is a good zone coach. But Roy Williams likes to win more than he dislikes zone, and on multiple occasions this year, he’s used a couple different zone defenses to help the Tar Heels get a victory. The most recent occasion was Sunday night in Blacksburg, when Carolina utilized a 3-2 zone.
