Fedora: Recruits understand value of education

North Carolina head coach Larry Fedora signed 19 students to football National Letters of Intent Wednesday. Seven Tar Heels enrolled in January to bring the 2016 class to a total of 26. The class includes 16 players on defense and 10 on offense. Carolina's recruiting class is currently ranked No. 21 by Rivals.com and No. 23 by Scout.com.
