Vince Carter is the biggest star the Toronto Raptors have ever produced, but he was nowhere to be found last week at All-Star weekend. It was a shame, as 16 years earlier he put the franchise on the map with his legendary slam dunk contest performance in Oakland. (CBS Sports)
