It would not be surprising if Duke opened the game with a flurry. If that happens, UNC simply needs to stay composed and wait it out, knowing that it will not last the entire game. UNC has the depth and is better defensively so if UNC plays to its capabilities, the Tar Heels should walk away with a win. Prediction: UNC 87, Duke 79
