Rod Broadway named Grambling State coach

Rod Broadway is leaving North Carolina Central University to coach at Grambling State. Broadway had spent four years as football coach of the Eagles. Last season he led North Carolina Central to a second consecutive CIAA title. Broadway's 28-year coaching career included previous stops an assistant North Carolina, Florida, Duke and East Carolina. He played for the Tar Heels in the 1970s. (WWAYTV3.com)
