Pontrello’s Five Goals Leads UNC Men's Lacrosse Past Manhattan 18-2

Steve Pontrello scored a career-high five goals to lead the #17 North Carolina men’s lacrosse team to an 18-2 victory over Manhattan at Gaelic Park. Twelve different Tar Heels scored goals in the game as the Tar Heels broke a two-game losing streak and improved to 4-3 on the season. Pontrello led the Tar Heels with five goals and an assist.
