Dunk City is back in the Big Dance. And the top-seeded North Carolina Tar Heels should be very nervous. I hear you laughing into your coffee. It’s cool, I’ll give you a minute so I can also remind you of the following much-cited stat: In the history of the NCAA Tournament, a 16-seed is 0-124 against a No. 1..But Florida Gulf Coast is no typical 16 seed.
