North Carolina’s loss turned into Tennessee’s gain this weekend, as the Vols added commitment No. 26 to the Class of 2007 in the form of big William Brimfield, a 6-foot-5, 288-pound defensive tackle from Neeses, S.C. Brimfield pledged to the Tar Heels back in October but, like several UNC commitments, decided to reopen the recruiting process after North Carolina’s head coaching change. (Inside Tennessee)
