Former UNC recruit Dwight Jones lands at Valdosta State

Dwight Jones, one of the highest-rated receivers in the country coming out of Cummings High School, is headed for Valdosta State, a Division II program in Georgia. Jones, a former North Carolina signee, spent last fall at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Va. Though falling short of meeting Division I qualifying standards, he was met with a full-court press of Division II schools seeking his services. (Burlington Times News)
