ESPN's Jay Bilas brings heat on NCAA

The effort to get the NCAA to compensate athletes hasn’t stalled – it's just getting started, according to Jay Bilas. Bilas, an ESPN college basketball analyst and former Duke player and assistant coach, spoke at Elon University’s law school Monday. “Sadly, the wheels of justice turn slowly in civil and in criminal matters,” said Bilas, an attorney.
