New NBA draft rules a win-win situation for everyone involved

The new structure that makes it easier for players to “test the waters” of the NBA draft without jeopardizing their future college eligibility is so beneficial to those considering a jump to the professional ranks that it’s almost a mistake not to take advantage of it. Even the coaches are in favor of it, as North Carolina’s Roy Williams expressed.
