Tar Heels roll over Penn

Just before tip-off Wednesday night, Bobby Frasor stood in front of the UNC bench gyrating away. With a mascot-sized grin, the Tar Heels sophomore jumped around in some kind of Mario Lopez-meets-the-chicken-dance combination. “That’s a little something Bobby and I have been working on,” said teammate Marcus Ginyard. “He’s taken it away, he’s perfected it and now he’s dancing pretty smooth.” Cut Frasor some slack.
