UNC had its women's tennis season come to an end on Thursday against 14th-seed Virginia in the NCAA Team Championship Round of 16 from Case Tennis Center. The Cavaliers advance with a 4-2 victory over the Tar Heels. North Carolina (31-3) faced an immediate uphill climb by dropping the doubles point for just the third time in 34 matches this season.
