Tobacco Road teams loaded for 2016-17

Compared to the beginning of last weekend, all three Tobacco Road teams have a better idea of what their rosters will look like for next season. For Duke, it was a late signee who filled the last open scholarship. For UNC, it was the return of a starter who was testing the NBA waters as an underclassman. For NC State, it was a combination of both.
