No breaks on defense

The University of North Carolina men's basketball team has been serious about its business since the season began, but coach Roy Williams will more than likely emphasize the growing urgency to learn and execute properly as UNC approaches ACC play. The second-ranked Tar Heels (10-1) are entering their next phase of development as they ready for a game at 7 p.m. Thursday against Rutgers (6-5) in the Smith Center. (Chapel Hill News)
