2016 UNC Women's Lacrosse Season Review


UNC's women's lacrosse team posted its greatest season yet in 2016, winning the ACC regular season title with a perfect, 7-0 record, winning the ACC Tournament and capturing the NCAA championship along the way. Third-seeded Carolina (20-2) won its second NCAA championship when it beat top-seeded Maryland (22-1) in the national final on May 29, 2016. (GoHeels.com)
