Former Duke player Derrick Lee suing university, ACC, NCAA for concussion-related injuries

Former Duke football player Derrick Lee added his name to the list of players seeking compensation for concussions sustained during their collegiate playing careers. In one of four district court-level class-action lawsuits filed Wednesday, Lee alleges that Duke University, the ACC and the NCAA knowingly hid the long-term effects of concussions from players.
