On Friday, North Carolina made the top 11 for Devon Hunter, a safety from Chesapeake, Va., who is one of the top players at his position in the 2017 class. Tre Shaw — a cornerback out of Ellenwood, Ga., who is rated a four-star recruit by all major services — trimmed his list to four on the same day, and UNC made the cut along with Auburn, Clemson and South Carolina.
