We are still weeks away from the Associated Press releasing its Top 25 preseason poll for college football, but expert Phil Steele is here to provide his. Steele has the Tar Heels just off the list at No. 26 in his preseason Top 25, just behind USC who came in at 25. In his preview, he picks the Tar Heels to finish second in the Coastal Division behind Miami. (Keeping It Heel)
