2017 RB Michael Carter Commits to UNC

Class of 2017 running back Michael Carter is a Tar Heel. The 5-8, 190-pound recruit from Florida announced his commitment to UNC via a message on Periscope Monday. "I would like to commit to the University of North Carolina," Carter said. Carter becomes UNC's 14th commit for the 2017 class and the second running back, joining fellow Sunshine State speedster Adarius Lemons.
