Ex-Clinton star Willie Parker back playing in his home state

Willie Parker is coming back to North Carolina. Again. Only this time, he’s actually going to put on his helmet, trot out onto the field and run with the football. But when Parker takes a handoff and cuts through the line to daylight this afternoon in Charlotte against the Carolina Panthers, it will mark the first time since his forgettable senior season of 2003 at North Carolina that he’s played a game in his home state.
