We rated every FBS football school in three sports -- football, men's basketball and women's basketball -- along with two "wild card" sports to come up with the Best in College Sports award. The wild-card spot went to the most successful among the school's non-revenue spectator sports. No. 2 Overall: North Carolina Tar Heels.
