Calvin Johnson talks retirement, says he was fed up with football

For anyone still wondering why Calvin Johnson retired in March after nine NFL seasons, the answer was right there on his right ring finger Saturday. Nearly six months after he played his last football game and four months after he filed paperwork officially ending what should be a Hall-of-Fame career, Calvin Johnson showed up for his annual youth football camp at L’Anse Creuse High School wearing the same finger splint he donned as a player.
