Deep Tar Heels stay on ‘point’ UNC fights through key injuries

Only a team as deep as North Carolina can lose its two most experienced point guards and not be affected. Sophomore Bobby Frasor and junior Quentin Thomas are out with injuries, leaving freshman Ty Lawson and senior walk-on Wes Miller with the responsibility of directing the offense in recent games. Miller, who has spent most of his time at off guard, said he didn’t expect to play point guard in the beginning of the season. (Jacksonville Daily News)
