3. Mitch Trubisky, UNC: Trubisky inherits a loaded group of skill players and four returning starters on one of the ACC’s top offensive lines. Trubisky played in nine games last fall and completed 40 of 47 throws for 555 yards and six scores. He also rushed for 101 yards and three touchdowns. All signs point to Trubisky thriving in his first season as the No. 1 quarterback.
