Here we are on the eve of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Six former Tar Heel women’s soccer players will be on full rosters at this year’s Olympics and two more will be in Rio as U.S. Team alternates. The six active players bring the overall participation of UNC players in six Olympic Games to 33. That’s an astounding number.
