North Carolina disputes NCAA's amended notice of allegations

UNC disputes three allegations made by the NCAA enforcement staff in regard to its athletic and academic scandal, saying in a response released Tuesday that two do not meet the level of severity alleged by the NCAA and the third – alleging a lack of institutional control over a rogue academic department – does not fall within the NCAA’s bylaws or jurisdiction.
