USA Field Hockey Team Picks Up Another Impressive Olympic Win


The U.S. earned another impressive win in Olympic women’s field hockey Monday, defeating Australia 2-1. Fifth-ranked Team USA is now 2-0 in Rio with wins over the No. 2 (Argentina) and No. 3 (Australia) teams in the world. UNC alum Caitlin “Poppy” Van Sickle scored a goal in the win over Australia and goalkeeper Jackie Briggs played another outstanding game. (GoHeels.com)
